BMW Bluetooth

Looking at a BMW 3 series used car and it doesn't have bluetooth - anyone know if this be fitted after purchase by BMW? Thanks.

thanks people, the car is exactly what i'm looking for except bluetooth but it's a bit on the cheap side so i'm left thinking "what's wrong with it". :-/

back to the drawing board - seems that every car I find has a negative be it high milage, no leather, wrong colour, and now a shoddy repair job

i'm not so much after a 58 reg just something that is reasonably low milage and that's got a decent spec, 07/57 will do. what do you think to this one?
