BMW Forums

Depends what BMW you are on about, I know there there are people on here that have mentioned M5 forums, 5 series ones, e36, e46 etc. ones well, and then also M3 ones etc. All have the model etc. in the name. :)

bmwland is the best of a bad bunch really, there are no really good BMW forums unless you want to know which crap fake wheels to fit to your 318 :(

Indeed, bmw5 is 'okay' if you want a 5 series, MTorque and the Pistonheads M Power/CSL sections are good if you're looking for an M powered car :)

Any specific model? Some of the model specific forums are much better bet/

BMW Land is crap, it's full of Asians with 19" chrome wheels on their 316is and chavs with M3 replicas.

I wouldnt go that far

It's the impression I got from it. Kind of like Barry Boys only with a certain germanic essence.

Although it's a bit dead, the Pistonheads BMW forum is usually a good stop for advice.

It depends what you're after, if you want to go and socialise with them and gather for a few beers, than I am not too sure what they're like, but there are certainly a few barry type people on there, however, it's an invaluable source of tech info, helping each other solve common problems.

It has helped me out lots of times. The PH forum hasn't got that many people in it unfortunatley, there used to be this guy called blackspider I think but he seems to have gone.

Buying an E36 318is tomorrow and will be getting it prepped for the ring, so looking for advice rather than the social side of the BM forum!
