Board for getting 2500k to 4GHz

Hi folks, what board would you recommend for getting a 2500k to 4Ghz?

The less money the better, i'm not sure i'd use all the bells and whistles that the higher end boards have but am hoping that it will have SATA 3 at least. This is so I can stick a SSD in at a later date.

As above but you could also consider the Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68 at £80 (this week special), if it has enough features for you, as any z68/p67 board will hit 4GHz comfortably.
