As title really, is there any really good ones out there, that are accurate. I got one down the gym that my PT puts me on like once a month but its been broke for about 2 months so im really curious as to what its on:)
Ive found one called Omron BF306, which sounds good and under £50 so i might look into it a bit more.

I think body fat callipers with measurements taken by someone who knows what they're doing tend to be the most well regarded.

The only proper way of measuring bodyfat is to get someone who knows what they are doing with callipers.

There are more advanced ways, but they tend to be used in labs, or in sports universities etc...

I was thinking about this.

Calipers can be had for around £15 and it doesn't look too complicated. With somebody helping and performing a 7 site test you might be able to get a reasonably accurate idea?

I dont know why im all of a sudden concerned about my bodyfat ive just got it into my head that i'd love to get it down to 10%:p

I was chatting to a lad in the gym who looked quite powerful. Said he cut down to 6% bodyfat last summer! He was bulking and still stupidly defined in the triceps.

You've just got to make sure the person taking the subscapular lower back and tricep measurement gets it right. It's hard to get the skin pinch with just the right amount of skin/fat.
