Thinking of heading to this! Where are you guys all staying? Thinking of heading up saturday, booking somewhere to stay for the night, and going back sunday (after more free sample stashing :cool:

).

Also... i saw a trip to the temple gym mentioned??? would love to go there and train!

I'm not going to be staying anywhere

But I'll be heading out in the evening with you guys, just obviously can't drink

so will just drive home at the end of the night

Thinking of booking a session and would like to see Jay Culter, but anyone know if he is doing one? All I can see is '1pm Muscle Tech Stars' which I believe he may come under?

Emailed them and got an answer. Looks like I'll booking this session, only £4.

Jay Cutler will be presenting the session, he may be joined by his trainer Hany Rambod and other athletes.

Think I'll have to give this year a miss as I have some saving to do!

Surely Temple gym will be RAMMED if everybody who's going to the expo is just thinking 'I'll pop to Temple for a quick session'? Be an ace place to train though!

The same thing you'd do at any other exhibition? Wander round seeing what's going on.

Look on the website for events or things of interest that are happening.

I've never been to an exhibition before.

I wouldn't mind coming if everyone is going for a drink at some point. Be nice to meet some fellow OcUK'ers.
