It really annoys me if it's under, if I see it the wrong way in someone else's house I will turn it around.

Truth be told, we dont have a toilet roll holder, it just gets plonked on the radiator beside the bog.

This, so neither really as it depends how it was put back last.

We've got a bidet in the down stairs loo which is tiny anyway so I've never used it as I always go upstairs.
