Boiler / Central Heating Potential Issue?

As we're in the middle of 'summer,' my central heating is currently switched off on the boiler (Ideal Isar Combi).

I've noticed that when the hot water is on/being used (I usually have it on for a couple of hours a day) some of my radiators are still heating up.

I don't recall this happening previously, but unsure if there is a problem? I've turned off all of my radiators on the TRV, so the radiators are no longer heating up (except for, what I assume, is our bypass radiator in the hallway - this rad has no TRV).

Anyone have any idea if this is normal? I'm wondering if there is a stuck valve somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Yours may have a manual position switch, if it does you can manually put it into the DHW position to verify that it's the problem.
