So, I've been out for a couple of hours tonight in Soton, and walking home I hear the LEGENDARY "dead or alive" ringing through the air.

AWESOME totally AWESOME.
Brought back the memories of Hyde park 2003. (see below)

Man, if only you could turn up real life :(

I went to see him at Man City stadium last Sunday and it was a fantastic concert. :D

Bon Jovi are just great and they put on a real good show.

Hyde park bounce tour 2003 was my one and only BJ concert experience.. and I was blown away... Gah, and I cant find my slippery when wet album...

BTW, can a don move this to music? sorry! :)

Really? A really funny thing, we had pics behind us, then pheebs got a job at a pub in soton, and I recognised her work collegue - he was in our photos about 5 rows behind us :o..
small world innit!

seen them 3 times now, crossroads tour at cardiff arms park in about 98 or so, bounce tour 2003 at gateshead stadium, and travelled up to hampden park last saturday for this tour, all three were great concerts, the first may have shaded it overall though as the support was also very very good, thunder / van halen and bonjovi in one concert, was great.

mind you nickleback werent too shabby on saturday.

The support group at hyde park was "Live".. didnt seem to grab the audience as much as I thought, but to be honest, the concert was truely awesome. Jon was going on about how they weill be annoying the authorities...

And we got to see Ray Davis for a LOLA "cover".. amazing!

damn Live are on of my fav bands, lighning crashes etc etc, however they are about more soft balladic rock and not the type of thing to get you going for a rock concert i wouldnt of thought

cant wait till they tour again, I'll be there, again. :p

BJ, I couldnt go to any others due to mainly work commitments but also becuause there were no concerts up here in the north east, would have been great if they had played gateshead again, or maybe the stadium of light, or riverside / St james even.

set off at 9:30 to get to hampden park and didnt get home till 4am that was one tiring day.

hell yeah !

have a nice day was them back on form, probabl the best album they have done sinve keep the faith in my opinon.

crush was good in parts but had the odd filler as it were, bounce i didnt really like and tehese days was far too intorspective and different for my liking, that was the kind of album you would expect a band to do as a finale not as a comeback from just releasing crossroads.

have a nice day s a great album in my ivew, all of the songs could be singles and is defo bthem back to there best, I can certainly see them doing another album or two. might be 3-4 years before the next one but I'm sure it will be worth waiting for

I disagree! :)

"Bon Jovi" and "Have A Nice Day" are the only albums that in my mind are simply good not excellent.

What gets me about Have A Nice Day is that the best two songs are the bonus ones "Dirty Little Secret" and "Unbreakable". Have A Nice Day (the song) was too similar to It's My Life and Last Man Standing was straight from the boxset. I really didnt enjoy "Last Cigarette" either.

The Best Bon Jovi Album for me is Young Guns II: Blaze Of Glory (even though this is just Jon singing). The best Studio Albumwould have to be These Days (for its dark tone) or Fahrenheit (the under-rated rock album).

Its not "just Jon singing". The band arents in there at all are they? Isnt that like saying the best bon jovi album is one of samboras solo attempts?
