Well it sounded better than teaming ! Questing is has anyone used NIC teaming on the likes of XP ? I know it's not supported out of the box and Intel/Broadcom/Netgear/ offer oem solutions to accomplish it with certain hardware but has anoyne bothered ?
Reason I ask is having just moved 55GB of Linux ISO's (no that's not code for anything illegal, I'm going through an experimental phase... again) it's painfully clear that 100mbit has reached the point where it's becoming a limitation for me, it would have been almost as quick to copy it all to a pen drive and then dump it onto the laptop by sneaker net...
Worth exploring or should I just hit the plastic for gigabit kit ?
