Bone Structure

Scot Mendelson has over 10 inch wrists I believe, biggest I have ever seen anyway! Look at them compared to that child's neck

I'm not convinced about this wrist measurement thing.

It's not some be all and end all, look at the 100m sprinters, ecto-mesomorphs with small joints, but strong / powerful as hell, and very well built.

i think ive got a biggish frame...i cant touch the forefinger and thumb round my wrist...nor can i touch middle finger and thumb..theres about a 1cm gap..

but wrists aint immune to fat...fat people have big wrists. :o

My wrists measure a little under 7". But I have a large frame, I've always had skinny wrists though. 6ft2, 188lbs, 13% BF.

Im 6 foot 1 (roughly), 250lbs, don't know my bodyfat, I don't look fat but I can't see my abdominal muscles.

My brother has a similar frame to me, he is now 26, 6 foot or so, about 310 / 320lbs I think, higher bodyfat than me, he looks like Mark Hunt from Pride (if anyone knows who that is). He is also the only person I know who can out eat me :( :p

I have very skinny wrists too, something like 6.25 inches

Same here. 5'8, 160-165lbs most of the time. With very small joints but an endomorphic body. I remember losing loads of weight and then having everyone tell me I was skinny lol, its very strange to have been at both sides of the spectrum. But small joints mean when you put on muscle you look bigger than those with big joints. One of the positives.
