Well **** you harpercollins, **** you and I hope no one buys your faggot book and you go out of business.
Top Gear presenter James May, who was a studio guest on BBC London when High Court's decision was announced, made light of the situation.
He said: "Obviously I'm now going to have to take some legal action of my own, because I have been the Stig for the past seven years, and I don't know who this bloke is, who's mincing around in the High Court pretending it's him."
I didn't say he should be paid the same, but surely the fact he's contributed to the mystique and saleability of the Stig should give him some form of credit? I mean, it's all very well saying "They could have put any old driver in a helmet"*, but the fact was it was him. He was the one who raced everything so well, and helped out all the stars, and through that, helped the BBC launch all its Stig-related produce. Why should he get paid as much as the presenters? I would assume he's paid more than the going rate for a review/test driver.

I'd say the publicity and sales of yet another tell-all autobiography are probably what he deserves for his part.
*They're all bloody caricatures these days anyway, aren't they? You could replace any of Clarkson/Hammond/May with an impersonator and you'd barely notice the difference. Hell, any of us could probably do a decent impression, given how much we've seen of them over the years.
Clarkson: "Be a bit right-wing!"
Hammond: "Be overly enthusiastic!"
May: "Be slightly boring!"
I'd expect them to kill him off again, although they did blow him up in the last series, he was in it afterwards though.

Did you have a bad first day back at school?![]()
We should get 4chan in on this. They would show them their disapproval.
