Boom Blox on the Wii, any good?

It's ideal for youngsters.
My 3 and a half year old doesn't enjoy it as much as I'd have thought. She always asks for Super Mario Galaxy instead and even prefers to drive Mario (has to be some of the easier levels) wirh me helping out by collecting stars and firing them to stun opponents to make it easier.
She has trouble actually throwing balls and aiming even though it appears quite easy; she also has trouble Wii bowling so I'd say if your lad can throw in real life and handle Wii Spots he can handle this.
Despite all this Boom Blox is easily my pick of the Wii games and I'd put it much higher that Wii Sports as the game the whole family (including grand parents) can play.

We had a go on Wii sports last night and I have to say that playing Star Wars has improved his co-ordination with the controls and reflexes so he was getting some rallies going on tennis. Bowling he is good at.

Agreed.
Boom Blox is the most accessible, and argubaly the most fun, multiplayer game for the Wii. What other game could get ten thirtysomething non gamers fighting for the Wiimotes?
