Had a quick look and can't find them for even double that, but 5700x3D at around that.. that's the way I'd go.bear in mind that the 58003d will only work in an AM4 socket
I'd defiinitely go down the 58003d route at only £135 though, that is a no-brainer, but yes, you could reuse a psu if you got one now, but with the cpu, gpu and psu upgrade you will be sorted for ages , the 58003d can even run a 4090 with no bottleneck!
And new PSU, 7800xt and possibly faster ram/storage
Edit: Or 12700/12900k(/f) is good value if wanting a shiny new setup...but I'd still go 5700x3D, especially with an existing compatible mobo
