Hi, I received my new Aoris 7 yesterday & up till now was very happy with it.
Today I left it downloading some games while I sorted some food, when I came back windows had locked up & the screen was frozen.
I powered the laptop off & restarted, it started to load windows & froze again. I powered off & tried again, this time it went into a boot loop. I powered it off & removed the battery for about 10mins.
This time I pressed F2 for bios & got in the bios fine. I loaded optimal defaults & tried to boot again, same thing, windows locked up as it was booting.
I tried booting from a linux distro & that failed too.
Can anyone suggest anything? as I'm gutted my new laptop has died already.

it crashes when running memtest86, varies from lockup to reboot but happens within 20secs or so.
I guess its RMA time

I spoke to Overclockers & explained the situation, they are collecting the laptop for replacement tomorrow. Very happy with the result & hope the next one lasts longer
