Boot problem

HI I purchased the rysen tachi overclooked bundle problem is boots normal at stock settings but if I use the oc profile it starts up then stops about 5 times until it loads.Tried usual things like reseating every thing ,any ideas?.

Hi I did and someone said ask 8 pack and yes it is from ocuk
