right, we have a new problem...sorry guys =(

what it is, is that i created a 100gb partition on my hdd for windows xp, for game testing to see if errors were w7 related...anyways, i created the partition normally, all went fine, installed xp on it, still fine.

however...when i now try to boot into windows 7, i can't. i press f8 at startup for options, it only gives me xp. i have downloaded a partition tool for xp and it shows me that my xp partition is now "boot" and my main hdd is now "system" and i have no way to change this.

i don't mind formatting my entire hdd or w/e and starting over, since i installed retail windows 7 yesterday and haven't really done much with it, but i would:

a) prefer not to
b) prefer to keep the xp partition as well since i need it to test certain games
c) brings back some awesome memories =)

this happen to my friend. he had vista and when he created the p' for xp he couldnt access vista. ill find out from him what he did
