boot to dos problem

i need to boot into a dos prompt so i can flash my gfx card bios back problem is i lost the boot cd and i dont have any blank ones around, i dont have a floppy drive either but what i do have is a usb pen drive. how can i get it to boot into dos and use my dvd drive to flash?

tryed bootdisk.com but carnt find anything that helps on their at all or i dont understand it

you'll need HP Drive Key Boot Utility and a bootdisk image file

ive ziped the 3 bootup files. just extract the bootup folder to your desktop then use that hp software... u won't see the 3 files because they hidden so don't think the bootup folder is empty..

doh still no luck, get boot failed.
with the hp theirs no way to put them files on so i copy and pasted them in

i forgot 1 file

.. it should be 4 files.. make sure the usb pan drive is formated in fat32...
