" reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key"
now do i have a asus amd 790x chipset support dvd , so do i put that in? or do i have too run though the bios. the asus user guide isnt much help cus it doesnt have any reference too whats coming up on the sreen.

Does the Hard disc have a operating already installed?

If not you need to enter the BIOS setup the dvd drive as the boot device, place the operting system disc in the drive, save and reboot, follow on screen instructions.

You need to boot from some form of install media for your computer, the reason you're getting that message is because there is no bootloader on the device you're trying to boot from.

[edit] The driver cd will not help you
