Bootable PCI Sata Card

Could anyone please recommend a cheap PCI Sata card, Sata 2 or 3, with 2 or more ports that will show up in BIOS as a bootable device if one port is taken up with a DVD drive?

My board is an Asrock Z68 Extreme7.

I'd suggest that you look for a SATA III PCI-e card based on the Asmedia ASM1061 chip.
