Hi guys, i have been getting this message :
“The Startup Disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition.
The startup disk must be formatted as a single MAC OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows”
So I did I bit of googling (im not a total retard
) and looked at this guide...
http://www.zimbio.com/Mac+OS+X/articles/163/How+ensure+Mac+Book+Pro+hard+drive+upgrade
So I format the drive as “Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and then tried to install windows and it was still coming up with the same error message...
Im sure im just doing something mega wrong , but was wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction.
And btw, Im installing windows 7 ultimate - and I have just erased a windows 7 beta partition if that makes any difference.
Thanks
