Booting Issues!

Whenever I boot onto my computer (in sig) I get the following messages, which are very annoying and time consuming! Am unsure how to safely update my BIOS, or how to remove the writing posted below. Help appreciated :)

You can get rid of the first 2 by disabling Marvell storage controller and Marvell SAS in the bios under onboard devices.

Then you need to update the bios to 2101.
 
Which updates? There seem to be tonnes of them for my mobo. Do I take out my HDD, then change the bios so it tries to boot from the USB device?
 
Ok go here and choose download and then your OS then under bios they are the top one called Version 2101. You dont need to take your hdd out, you put them onto a usb then restart and go into the bios and use EZ flash 2.
