This could be software or hardware so dont know if this is right forum.

Basically uncle's PC is loading fine BIOS then does the windows loading screen for about 3 sec then restarts its self and does it again in a loop. So I decided to reformat and put windows back on. Now (3 days later) its doing same thing. Any ideas? It was working fine for 3 days!

Its running XP 32 Bit sp2

Cheers

Try clearing the cmos in the BIOS. It could be a surge problem too, make sure the motherboard is secured and its not short-circuiting (touching the case.)

EDIT: After thinking about it more it could also be a PSU problem.
