bootmgr is missing, 800D hot swap bays to blame?

Hey guys, recently migrated my rig over to an 800D bought of the MM (pics coming soon )

I'm now getting bootmgr is missing everytime I restart the computer.
It's simple matter of reselecting the boot device but surely there's another, proper way of having this work, right?

I know my hot swap can be a little tricky but this usually happens after I have removed a drive.

Double check the boot order in the BIOS, can you see if any other settings have changed or been lost.
