Borderlands 2 Weapon's Thread (Post your Weapon!)

Just finished the first playthrough. Not sure if I want to play True Vault Hunter Mode or try another character as I have been Siren in both BL1 & 2 now.

Here are a couple of choice weapons I found while tidying up some side quests and en route to the final bit.

usually fighting bosses higher level than I. Even skagg badasses can drop nice loot.

If I see a goliath, I let him charge up to ultimate badass. He takes care of the mobs and drops loot.

Some of the rewards are really quite decent. I'm still using Moxxxies shotgun, and Mordechai sniper rifle.

I got the short end of the stick with Mordecai's Sniper Rifle. Coop partner was 562 damage. Mine was 462 with a s l a g effect and 'increased stability'. I don't know what it was, whether it was the lower velocity of the s l a g round or something going on at my end but for some reason my aim didn't seem quite right and I was missing headshots I knew I should've hit.
 
Remember people, you can farm bosses, they do respawn.

It's also worth de-helmet-ing every Goalith you see, the GOD-liath (fourth transformation after 7 kills) has incredible xp and drops if it is at your level. Beware though, they are tough as nails.

So if you behead one and let it run about after It has killed seven people it becomes a god-liath?

Got this from Slappy the Thresher boss. What it doesn't tell you is that it consumes 4 shells per shot but the damage it inflicts is insane. I only get 2 shots with it (the Gunzerkers reload all non-active weapons skill is handy) but it tends to 1 or 2 shot pretty much anything when used right. Just completed the Circle of Slaughter using it to 1 shot Buzzards out of the sky and blast Badass' into tiny pieces with 1 or 2 barrels.
 
I'm so jealous! Spinguns are my favourite kind of gun in the game.

Also, that rocket launcher with a bayonet somebody posted earlier in the thread absolutely made me laugh. The concept is just hilarious.
 
Sniper rifles with a bayonet longer than the barrel. You know the bandit priorities when you pick it up from his cold dead hands. :) *stab* *stab* *stab*.

BTW, The Face McShooty had me rolling on the floor. I couldn't even bring myself to killing him. I finally went back to put him out of his misery. I'm gonna miss him. "Thank you!".

I've had one transform purely on low tier Spiderants, so it seems to be the number of kills and every Goliath I've monitored has killed exactly 7 things before turning into the GODliath.
