Borderlands cd key on g2play

All CD key sites just seem totally dodgy to me, just googled g2play and came up with bad stuff mainly. People even saying they purchase their keys with stolen credit cards. Also few customers keys getting blacklisted due to them not being legit.

I'd avoid personally.
 
I bought a key for bloodbowl off G2play, the keys were then banned by Cyanide studios because they were leaked illegally or something. G2play gave me a full refund and the key even carried on working for a few weeks after.
 
They're a very on-the-edge site, they seems to get their keys wherever they can, but they do seem to be up front about it, and don't seem to be out to actually cheat the buyer.

I use them for game time cards every so often, but I'd be wary of spending much on an actual game key
 
I bought a modern warfare key 2 off them yesterday (for single player) ... it arrived this morning and when I went to put it in steam it said "duplicate product code" :( I think I have just been scammed by someone there :mad:

So just a warning to everyone else really... I wish I paid the extra... so not worth the stress
