Dear god. I have well and truly botched this up now. Level 11 soldier attempting to get the mine key from Slade. I got past the first area with no trouble and made it into the hideout bit but have now got my ass royally handed to me by a level 15 bruiser who is firing something that is depleting my shield in one hit. Cannot make an inroads whatsoever so had to quit that area and fight my way back to Fyrestone with all the newly respawned enemies. I wish there were manual saves so I could reload. Now I have no money thanks to all the New-U revives!

got through to new haven last night but got my ass handed to me by these "new" creatures

aye that happened to me. i also wished there was manual saves because of this reason, and also because when i was half way through a mission slightly further than you are i had to quit half way through thinking i'd reload next to the save pole but nope started me back at the beginning of the map with all the enemies respawned

BAH! There was a nice RL on special. It had 660x3 plus 3x Fire Damage and I think 90 accuracy! It was on special for about 12 minutes, so went hunting real quick to try and get enough cash. Missed it by a couple minutes. It was something like 82k!

I'm glad there isn't any manual saves, it's perfect as it is!

manual saves make every game which use them too easy.

If you can hit them, that is!

I don't have much love for rocket launchers except on the Soldier as a team healing item. Shoot your teammates with a decent rocket and they regenerate 200+ health. It's absurd and I love it.

You know, I reckon the game was teasing me with that RL. It kinda showed me what was possible, but knew there was no way in hell I could earn the funds! :-)

Didn't touch this last night, gave in ang got Forza 3 and was playing that all night

Will now have to juggle between games as both are massive! Not forgetting MW2 and AC2 coming out fairly soon

Was ace but yeah i think Old haven was a git tons of badass etc but gave us sod all xp got mroe xp from killin spiders n then their was plenty of them too!

Have to have a proper look around the flats if we're both around this evening.

I didn't pick any loot up at all after I started to glitch last night, I could just about shoot the boss!!

Ill be around tonight, be earlier too so can be on anytime =)

It was scoped too, so you could at least take out a bruiser/psycho from a good distance (before they spot you).

Just found out there is guns above gold thought i would share

Pearl > Gold > Yellow > Purple > Blue > Green > White

(pearl guns dont have pearl in the name)

The pearl guns are pretty much white names but have better stats or equal to gold they have a red bit of text in the description that has different effects look out for them!
