I am bored !

Still trying to upload Seti wu's from last week with no success so I have been doing a bit of Folding/Rosetta in the meantime to at least get the system working on something.

The lack of work and the arrival of some slimline 120mm fans for the top radiator gave me a reason to tidy it up a bit and also fitted a dual bay/dual pump res to hide the pumps away.

Very tidy by the way, good job. The inside of mine looks like there's a ruddy big spider living in it that hasn't quite figured out the finer points of web spinning.

Thanks, unfortunately it all came together to coincide with Berkeleys connection problems so hasn't really had a chance to stretch it's legs yet and admittedly a few teething troubles haven't helped with one of the cards.

At the moment showing 56c running 5 x folding clients, should be six but one has stopped at 28% and I havent bothered trying to restart it yet. The cooling is definately biased to the GPU's so they get the triple rad in the base while the CPU gets the 240 up top and has to do with 120x20mm fans which are all I could squeeze in without cuting the case up.

Nice! What PSU is running all that? And do you have to pay for your leccy? That has to be pulling close to 1000W from the wall when it's all folding.

Hi, can't remember the make but it is 1500w. I contemplated keeping my 1000w psu and pairing it with a 2nd 600-700w model but then there wouldn't have been room for the triple radiator in the base.

I try not to look at the bill and lump it in with the general household accounts.

PS. Seti is back up again so no more folding for a while, sorry.

Nice system! Have you got one of those cheap power meters, that you plug your system into? Would be nice to find out how much it draws under load.

No power meter fortunately, if we had 'she who must be obeyed' may just want to check and there would likely be CONSEQUENCES. I will say no more
