You work hard whilst others around you scratch their heads, you deliver on time and under budget... then your bosses takes all the credit, backslapping each other in self-congratulatory circulated e-mails and champagne parties you're not invited to.
I know this is pretty much a 'fact of life' in the workplace, but do you consider bosses taking the credit:
1. The norm, just get on with it
or
2. A clear sign you're in the wrong job

I know in many places it doesnt work like that, but that should be the norm, why should they get the credit for your work and you get jack back from any one else? Unless your job is to do your bosses work.
, i had 5 in one year in my last job
