We have a top 4 thread so may as well hear people's ideas for the drop. For me;

QPR: added nothing to their squad. Generally average team and Warnock is always rubbish in the EPL.

Swansea: think they will play good football like Blackpool but they have no more (arguably less) quality than Blackpool and will have a similar season.

Blackburn: rubbish manager, rubbish team, no investment = relegation.

In danger: Wolves, no real investment and mcarthy struggles if Plan A doesn't work, has no clue beyond the obvious. Norwich, I fancy them to do all right but they will rely on Holt's goals if he doesn't score they go down. Newcastle, bought a load of cheese eating surrender monkeys and an injury probe shallow squad so could be in trouble if we have a bad start. Sunderland, can't see them scoring despite a now decent defence and midfield.

Hate to say it, but I frankly dont see any of those who just came up actually staying up. So for the bottom 3, I am going with

QPR
Swansea
Norwich.

This will be the bottom 5 in no particular order. I really don't think the 3 promoted teams have any strength at all to stay up, the problem in Blackburn are so damn awful as well, but for them to go down one of the promoted teams will have to stay up. And well Wigan are just **** any way, no N'Zogbia now, Cleverly won't be there on loan this season, no idea what they're going to do.

QPR
Swansea
Norwich
Wigan
Blackburn

Tricky one, as things stand most teams down there have pretty much stayed the same or got worse, but equally none of the promoted teams are as good IMO as the teams that have got promoted previously.

Maybe Wigan, Swansea and Norwich although it will be tight again this year I feel.

I fancy Norwich to do ok actually. I think QPR will go back down and Swansea will struggle. I agree with those that mention Blackburn and Newcastle being down there - could easily see both of them struggle to stay up.

Norwich
Swansea
Wigan

I agree that Blackburn will also be down there, weren't they bought out recently? i though they had loads of money?

Also i think that Villa could have a difficult season, losing Young and Downing.

Wigan and Blackburn will stay up by one point or goal difference.

I see nothing what so ever in the teams coming up, I think one of them will challenge for the record lowest points total.

Tough one to call this year, not because all the teams are so good but because for the first time in a while there's probably 6 teams who are all likely to be terrible.

The 3 promoted teams are obviously going to be in danger, then there's Wigan .. wolves.. Newcastle have huge problems behind the scenes.
Aston Villa also could be in danger, and who knows with West Brom? they seem to love relegation going back through history.

Nah the Villa will be fine we've got Super Marc & N'zogbia to take those 2 places :p

I'm more concerned about the Villa defence more so than losing Young & Downing.

I think it will be QPR, Swansea & Wigan. Norwich will just scrape by I think!

It's hard to see Wigan staying up this time. I don't know a lot about the three promoted teams but at-least one of them will go down I think and if Blackburn sell Samba I think they'll go down. If not then possibly QPR, depends on whether Taarabt stays with them for the season and even still they could go down.
