Bought a phone off eBay: would you say this is in "excellent condition"?

I do feel incredibly foolish dealing with this seller. I'm always really careful but alas I have been very stupid this time.

eBay have now generated a label and so I will be sending the phone back tomorrow.

Item should be arriving back with the seller tomorrow. Hopefully will be getting my money back soon.

Looks like the same phone to me. He still doesn't understand what "excellent condition" means it would appear

Edit: it can't be as mine got back to him on the 12th. He's used the exact same description as the other phone though. Definitely a dodgy seller.

That's rubbish feedback. You haven't told people the item wasn't as described (screen scratched) and the seller was unhelpful when asked and that you had to get refund through dispute resolution.

At the moment it just looks like a generic gripe and something about "stock images" which a lot of people won't understand. "Everything that is bad with ebay", what are people supposed to make of that. Apparently all that you have complained about is their use of stock images.

Go a few pages back and you'll realise why I left this comment.
