A school source said the boy had "always been rather feminine" and a decision had been taken to support the child and family "after his case was confirmed by five doctors".
m & f sexual organs . Or at least enough ambiguity over their sexual status so as to prompt this unusual decision that the parents have taken. Or does it normally take 5 doctors to establish if someone is M or F
In all actuality, it may be the best decision for the child to be honest.
Lets put it this way.. if certain feminine physical characteristics are becoming *very* noticeable or rather they will be in a couple of years (with the onset of puberty) then imo its the right thing to do for him to change to a HER.
Not sure why gender re-assignment is not available to under 18s though. I mean in cases where the person/child has both M and F physical characteristics then treatment ASAP imo would be the best thing surely.
