Can anyone recommend doom good quality braces (need to be comfy on skin to go under tshirt)to keep my pants up and keep my crack at bay?

With jeans I have to get loose fit and have then altered, but still get slippage

Using braces on your pants is ridiculous, they're made for trousers. Why not just get underwear that fits properly?

Like others have said braces aren't meant to be worn under clothing, however if you're intent on wearing them under your shirt have you considered wearing a vest as to negate the braces on skin contact?

Another option as you said you wanted to wear them with jeans, have you considered just wearing dungarees?
