Brake Pads?

Any recommendations for a good brand and a price i should be paying?

I'm after nothing super special, just a good hard wearing brand.

Can't go wrong with Pagid from ECP if you just want a decent pad for regular use.

I love my ferodo ds2500 But they may be a bit OTT for most and need quite specific bedding in.

Not a fan of pagid we tried them briefly and promptly when straight back to genuine ford

DS2500 is an awesome pad, bit squeaky when cold but once warmed up gives a very positive feel to the brakes!

There seems to be a lot of people complaining about Pagid kit at the moment across the car-related forums I read.

I went for standard EBC discs and pads all round which came out at £400 fitted; very happy with them so far although I'm still bedding them in at the moment.

Fantastic pad! It is rather dusty though, my wheels get absolutely caked in brake dust very quickly!

I don't like the Pagids I have from ECP, they are not the same as OE Audi Pagids they replaced and ECP are the only place doing these aftermarket Pagids. Seems like they are selling TMD's basic pads and picking a trusted brand from their portfolio.

Generally tend to go with OEM discs and pads if I can afford it, otherwise Bosch.
