Brand new External HD

I've just connected a brand new WD my Passport Ultra 2TB.

Here's a screenshot from HD Tune pro..

how to screenshot on windows 7

Start/Stop Count -7
Power Cycle count -7
Unsafe Shutdown Count - 4
Load Cycle Count - 12

Shouldn't the above values all be at 0?

I've only had the HD connected for 20 mins total.

It'll have been tested before leaving the factory, can't see anything there that looks worrying.

Load cycle count is now on 14, up from 12 in the space of 10 minutes. Should it be increasing so fast?

you want to screen shoot to windows 7 first open your data you want to screen shoot then push the print screen button in the key bored and past in to the paint and save .

Yes that number seems like a lot but at the rate the load cycle is increasing and the use the External HD will get then the lcc will be well past that number before the 3 year warranty.
