The way i see it Msc was slightly more to blame for the first collision, turning in a bit early, and senna was slightly at fault for the 2nd collision by going in too deep. But not enough for a penalty.

It wouldn't, it's only a slight short shift, in gears which aren't used much.

...ah Ted just confirmed that

Whether he meant he would do so willingly or just that it was an inevitable result of short shifting only he knows, though judging by the fact he yielded, more likely the former.
