Brazilian Grand Prix 2015, São Paulo - Race 18/19

If I were Lewis I'd be tempted to park the car about now and just tell Lauda & Wolff that, if they won't allow him to determine his own strategy and actuall race his teammate then he's not racing at all.
 
Surprised everyone is so up in arms about the way merc are running their race just because Hamilton is behind.

They dont let Rosberg have higher engine modes or undercut hamilton when he's behind why would they for hamilton.

Its been this way for a long time, whoever gets out of corner 1 in the lead has strategy priority

Yeah, and get fired from the team with the best car on the grid for the foreseeable future...

He will do what he's told while making some sly comment, like he always does.
 
Can't fathom why Merc won't let him have a go at a different strategy, who cares if it isn't gonna work what's the worst that will happen...he still comes second!

They've won the constructors, won the drivers as far as Lewis is concerned he could park up the next 2 races and sit in Fernandos camp chair and it wouldn't make a jot of difference to anything.

Nope. There is no 'strategy priority', the Mercedes drivers are not allowed to be on different strategies. If they change strategy, they do it for both.

Because giving Lewis special treatment will annoy Rosberg. They are struggling to keep both drivers dummies in at the moment.

Sorry no, the only one who has spat his dummy and needs hugging on the track to keep him happy is NICO.... he needs his hand held to get wins.
 
Crofty, I honestly want to punch him in the face.

"Vettel trying something different for the second stint"... no you ****, third stint, minor but another basic obvious failure.

"Will they try to go to the end on softs"... it's 40 laps left you utter idiot, no, it's a clear 3 stop strategy.


Also Merc screwing Hamilton, drop back and save tires, pit him right into Kimi no doubt now.
 
Yup, there we go, who could have seen that coming... oh wait, anyone at all.

Mercedes are making Mclaren like errors, they jumped early to these tires but utterly dumb, 2-3 laps longer and he'd come out beyond Kimi no problem. Awful decision.
