Perez was about 7 seconds behind Rosberg I think just after the Ricciardo pitstop so a fair gap.

If Rosberg just went 5+ seconds slower in one lap then.... that could certainly bring Ricciardo into play with these lap times.

Replay was odd, he took a while to gather it, lucky it was early in the straight and slower than it could have been, the thing is after he straightened up he floored it and spun his wheels crazy hard, that seemed really weird.

Depends, Ricciardo has been stuck behind Hulk for too long really, he's just not finding the gap and as he's slowed down behind him he's losing tire temp which will hurt him.
