Breakfast

Nothing on weekdays. Weekends its eggbased (fried, scrambled, poached) with whatever else I fancy (tomatoes, mushrooms, beans)

Porridge
Fruit smoothie with lots of yogurt and more oats.
banana+egg pancake.
scrambled or fried eggs.
Fresh fruit

Porridge (water, oats and a pinch of salt). If you don't have time to make it in the morning try overnight oats instead. Prep the night before for an instant breakfast in the morning.

Multigrain oatmeal (so much tastier than regular oats) cooked in water with a handful of roasted nuts and dried cranberries and a handful of blueberries/raspberries/chopped apple or something similar.

Once I got the routine sorted its pretty convenient too - stick kettle on and put half a cup of oats in the small saucepan. Add 1 cup boiling water, set timer for 4 mins. Pour oats into bowl, add nuts and fruit and while waiting to cool give the saucepan a wash - job done!

A typical breakfast for me is:

Poached eggs
Smoked mackerel
Porridge with blueberries or berries

Or protein oat pancakes
Quark

Or sometimes steak and broccoli and some cous cous

Or chicken and veg and pasta

Or salmon or fish and veg

Or to be honest absolutely anything. Eitherway it usually comes to around 1000 cals every morning without fail. Sometimes considerably more.

I have different things. I quite like plain porridge made to water but I add fair amount of salt to make it tasty which is bad ofc.
I also like to have cereal sometimes whatever the partner has, atm its weetos but that changes all the time to what he wants.
I also like to have eggs for breakfast, just any eggs as they are all good.
Then when I feel like being bad I have lots of toast in one go. I love bread but try not to buy it often as its not good for me.

And finally when I go visit family its usually open sandwiches with ryebread topped with cucumber, salad, ham/cheese/liver sausage etc and maybe some rice pies too if I have managed to talk my parents into buying some.

Weekdays: Bulking Shake

300ml Milk
2 Scoops Protein
2 Scoops Oats
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Banana

Weekends: Depends how lazy I'm being. Maybe an Omelette of some kind or Porridge with a banana and protein shake

I tend to go with a blueberry and banana smoothie when I get up, then a few hours later a bowl of cereal.
I tend to do well in a morning eating and drinking little and often, then fail miserably in the afternoon.

Generally whatever I swallow when I brush my teeth.

On the days where I'm up in time (never) then I might also grab a coffee.
