Or if you want to eat it. Couple of eggs, quickest way would be throw in microwave for 90 seconds, while you make some toast.

Porridge, 1 cup big flaked oats, 1 cup milk, in the microwave for 75 seconds, throw in a dozen nuts and off yiu go.
 
Do what I do, eat breakfast at work. My desk drawers and office fridge contain more food than my kitchen most of the time

You're right those few minutes I need to spend doing natural things like eating and defecating are definitely going to dent my chances.

If taking some time to eat breakfast or lunch puts your job at risk, then perhaps you should look for alternative employment, it doesn't seem like a nice place to work for if you're that on edge.
