I didn't want to put this in the Season 5 thread because I have not watched the most recent episodes so don't want to see any spoilers.

Has any one else thought about this/ has it already been answered on here? Sorry if so.
Anyway, please tell me there is an explanation because it has really been annoying me for a long time now!

Anyway, in an earlier season Walt & Jessie are kidnapped by Tuco and taken to a holding house to be picked up, they manage to shoot Tuco & escape, then Hank rocks up, kills Tuco, Jessie & Walt escape and then the place obviously gets swarmed with DEA. This brings me on to my question...
When Walt & Jessie are in the house, Tuco takes out their wallets which has their ID and what ever else in them (ID is shown on camera) but when they go outside these are left behind or picked up again by Tuco (I can't remember which but i know Walt & Jessie did not escape with them). So, that means that when Tuco is shot and the two make their escape both their ID's are left at the scene, at which Hank and then the DEA are there. So unless I am completely missing something or, this has been an oversight in the story OR Hank picked up the two wallets & does not want to reveal the guys to the DEA so this could be something in a future episode?

After he looks at their stuff, he pulls Walt to him, says something, then lets him go and pushes their stuff back to them. They pick it up and put in their pockets.
