A gun to the head will usually quieten some idiot down.

Someone in the middle of a panic attack will be calmed down by seeing someone approach them with a drawn weapon?

Pass me an owl picture.

lol trust me I'm not a fan.. but if anyone is going to go over the top on US national security, they will! :p

Fox are kind of like a comedy news channel. Sky News give you the odd chuckle, but it's a laugh a minute with Fox. The US Election on Fox was a sight to behold.

Well if it was a panic attack fair enough, however if it was someone just being a grade A tool then my plan would work.

"passenger disturbance".

And if it didnt work then anything could happen, including a plane crash.

If its OK by you, i'd rather have one person being a 'grade A tool' than hundreds of dead bodies.

So will a couple of burly passengers, however that wont mean that the plane is diverted to the nearest airport and a full scale security plan will go into action.

Ah but an Air Marshal would mean that passengers may not have to get themselves in a potentially dangerous situation.

A direct quote

'Of course I might just be making this up, but this woman may be a lone wolf or she may be part of an ongoing Al Quaeda operation'

Fair enough but i would personally feel a lot safer with an Air Marshal onboard.
