Mild Glasgow jest, anything that goes on fire inconspicuously that is a nice old building, is thought to be a conspiracy by land owners/council/whatever to ignore the high cost of renovation and put up high profit tenants.
It’s not really relevant with this tbh, but it’s the first thing I thought of.
Could turn it into a pub or casino?

It’s more the contents really. There’s bound to be lots of historical and religiously important, irreplaceable objects in there.
might cost a few quid... still i best there are some rather concerned insurance brokers... or maybe person that thought they would save money by not paying a premium
