BREAKING: Paris landmark, Notre Dame Cathedral, is on fire!

Mild Glasgow jest, anything that goes on fire inconspicuously that is a nice old building, is thought to be a conspiracy by land owners/council/whatever to ignore the high cost of renovation and put up high profit tenants.

It’s not really relevant with this tbh, but it’s the first thing I thought of.

if the roof burns out, leaving a stone shell with no roof and loads of smoke damage,
what if they don't get a new roof on it while the weather's good?
if rain gets in there it's even more rip?

Doesn’t look good that fire, hope they put it out soon and the damage is minimal at best c
