I really do not understand the "Breast feeding is sick" mob

Miss K is breast feeding, I dont think either of us would have it any other way. She is still a little aprehencive in public, (but she is still a new mum) She won't breast feed in front of her dad or my dad, but just about everyone else is fine. One of my mates was dead pleased to see her feeding my son. The dirty perv ;)

The weirdest experience I had was we went to a breast feeding clinic. I wans't sure I would be alowed in. But as it turned out fathers were encuraged. Low and behold I found Myself sitting in a room full of topless ladies.
(obviousy I tried to let these women have as much privacy as they wanted)


So it really doesn't bother me, and it doesn't bother me that other fellas are trying to sneek a peak when Miss K has her boobs out.

Btw it is said that breast feeding is benifitial to mother and child up until the age of 4. I doubt miss K will continue that long tbh 6 months seems to be the norm here.

There are two completely different reasons for walking around with your todger out and breast feeding. One is sexual, the other is neccesary.

While sometimes I don't think it's particularily nice to look over and see a baby whacking away on a boob, it doesn't offend me nor do I think it's wrong. Just don't look if it's a bit nasty, problem solved.

The baby doesn't actually suck on the nipple, but the area around it. The length of the nipple is massaged between the tongue and the top of the mouth, so it's not the same as a man (or woman) sucking on the nipple during foreplay.

Why are the Americans so weird about this. Do you remember the fuss at Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction? I really don't understand their reactions to things that we don't really consider shocking. Are we desensitised or do they overreact? Is the US so much more religious that they are outraged by these type of pictures?

Would be interesting to hear from someone over the pond.

LOL - I was going to reply and explain why it is not the same in so many ways but I think other people have covered the most part of it. If you cannot see how it is not the same then you are just weird!
