He was recently on Infinite Monkey Cage, Series 8 Episode 3, talking about Space Tourism, mentioning the things you mentioned in the OP.

That said, I love Infinite Monkey Cage, science talk show with Brian Cox and Robin Ince, well worth a listen if you've not heard them before!

Fantastic character. He has a physical deformity in that his lung capacity is way higher than the average person. Clearly he's made the most of it!

Saw the show aswell and just reinforced my views on him. He's a national hero imo and nearly choked up when he was talking about his estranged daugther. He just cracks me up. Banzooki brian anyone?
