Can someone help the power led just flashes red and green. Just bought this router

No CD, tried hard resetting.

Ah nice find but I can't get into the router. Pinging the router failes too. It's not even giving out a wireless signal.

Yay I fixed it. Not sure how but I fiddled tyring to hard reset it here http://vpncasestudy.com/reset.html
Then I pinged the router using cmd.exe and typed ping 192.168.0.1 Then I noticed the limited connectivity came back in taskbar so I logged in and netgear for sure realized faulty firmware so I uploaded by file.
