Getting the following (sizes: 120/70 17" 180/55 17") fitted to my Ducati 748S today, anyone else run these bad boys?

Thoughts?

I run Pirelli Corsas on the gixxer and they stick like **** to a blanket when warm.
I have heard good reports about some of the Bridgestones.

I have done over 150 miles on these and absolutely love them to bits, was torn between them and the 2CT's. I will try the 2ct's next time, but as it is. The BT016's are fantastic on the duc, great grip at a heavy lean angle :)

Exactly, each mile they are getting nice and nice :D

Not got them down to the very edge yet, about a inch from either side still shiney, but getting suspension professionaly done today, so may use that as an excuse to get the tyres nice and worn :D

Have them on my Kawi and they seem fine. I can't really tell the difference to be honest between the tyres. Mine stick fine in wet and dry and thats all I require a tyre to do!

I really didnt get on well with bridgestones! though im sure everyone has their own preference, Pirelli or Michelin for me, thought I have only used the new Michelin Power ones.

No wonder you hate my Kawi if you hate Kawis and Bridgestones!!

They worked well though on Friday night. Nice and sunny so I decide to ride to Devon in the evening. Half way there and weather changes it's mind and decides to **** down and I get soaked all the way back with no waterproofs!!

I swear the weather in this country is female with the way it changes its mind so often and gets in a mood...

No she just hates you mate :)

Naa I have tried some of the newer bridgestones and they weren't that bad but I just personally get no feeling from them, so not my sort of tyre I need feedback for my riding :p

I always have my water proof overalls in my Kriega. Only reason I worry about rain is because I ride a Ducati 748... And we all know what Ducati's are like in the rain! Having said that though, I commute to work on it (35 miles a day) and have gone through all types of weather and never had a problem :)

Well, ride home wasn't that awsome due to it being nothing but motorways...

Some difference though, my way to work is all country twisties, 15 miles of it each way. So that will be nice and fun :D
