Bring your Skeletons out of the closet

Ok Ok I'm doing it i'm doing it.

Sorry it took a while guys.

A brief history of my Skelly builds.

1st off was the original case which had my Q6600 in it.

Wasn't long before i got the urge to Mod it. This Skelly mod was the first Mod I ever did.

Then I decided I wanted to see if it could be watercooled.

Remember at this point no one was really using the Skelly. It was also thought to be imposibble to watercool. yeah right....

Well hope that's whetted the appitite for more mods of this much under-rated case.

Or if you fancy one ready done, the Green one is up for grabs.

I remember this one, I still can't believe you got it all to fit!! How are the temps???

It was a mission to fit it all in, just took a while to work out where everything could fit.

Using the lowest fan (no noise absolutly silent) setting the i3 (at stock speeds) was 20'c at idle and with the same fan spead 35'c at full load.

Obviously the higher fan speed i go the better the performance but i am super please with the temps and te noise, or lack of noise!

i always thought golden rule was res before pump then rad before heat.

in all honesty a loop will equalise its temp accrossthe whole loop after five mins or so.

the idea of the res before pump is to make sure it never spins with no water, especially on filling

Err why on earth would it be "impossible to watercool"?

You can't mount a rad without modding, but thats not much of a issue if youre savvy enough to be watercooling anyway.
