what about Sky HD stand anything good on show i saw someone mentioned it previously about Sky Hd stand. ?

Was rubbish imo, wasnt actually sky HD, was just a HD TV with a sky box next to it and a DVD player behind it playing it showing what it will look like.bingham67 said:

I was there today.
Checked out the Sky HD box. It had 0 amount of connections on the back. Not even power, lol.
It also sounded quite hollow.
I was expecting to see SkyHD in action as the signal is being broadcast at the moment. Just nothing is out to pick it up. Some people have picked up the sound stream and it's in DD5.1
Will, did you visit the AVForums stand and have a go at their PGR3 competition?

Was surprised at the Sky stand, was a bit cack, when they were unloading it all it looked as if it was going to be pretty cool, but it just was't. I think the wierdest thing i saw was a company that had a custom built valve amp in their room, man that thing weighed a ton. The Naim stuff looked stunning and has pretty much sealed the fact that i am going to get myself a nait5 and a cd5 set up as soon as i can find them second hand
