Brit Awards

I liked the Take That performance, regardless of miming. Great to see Maiden win something. Though KoL sounded great while U2 sucked. Coldplay seemed pretty tight too.

Not really as i bet it was mostly girls who were voting.

The Brit was for the most popular song as voted by the public, so how on earth can anyone argue with the result?
 
Lady Gaga (or more like Lady Gargoyle - or poor mans Cristina Aguilera with a face like Bet Lynch) - she can't pull off the Cristina outfits, and her vocal range is only half of Cristinas - I give her 2 years at most - she might even burn out after 18 months.

Sad to say that I actually enjoyed one of the PSB's performances (and that's pretty bad considering I disliked them when I was 15-18)

I really can't believe how bad mainstream pop has become. No one seems even remotely cool, unique or original.

Out of the whole night I think Duffy was probably the tops - the rest are trying too hard, and it shows.

If you really think they 'deserved' the award more than coldplay then, meh I give up.

I didnt vote!!

the majority of the people who voted did so for GA. So why argue who won? It was the publics choice so it cant be wrong (based on the people that voted).
 
I hate Coldplay, Girls Aloud are pretty bad but i'd take them over Coldplay anyday. The lead singers voice just grates on my nerves horribly.

Did she run over your cat or something? That's a lotta dislike right there.

I think she's done a couple of cracking tracks - Just Dance and Pokerface. Not really in the same arena as CA at all.
