Have you had your tests yet at your Recruitment Centre?
The important things to remember are the usual, look smart, know about the Regiments history you want to join, know what countries the British Army are currently deployed in, and have a good working knowledge of what the Army does.
I think my third Interview was swearing an Oath of Allegiance to the Queen and signing the Official Secrets Act, but that was a long time ago. What Regiment you joining if you don't mind my asking? And good luck
